The experimental results show that the yield of electrons is increased with increasing foil's thickness and there are more photon-induced electrons in the higher Z materials. The model known as “Contribution of Projected Range Layer” has been suggested. Calculated yields based on the model described above agree with experimental data well. This work makes the prediction of the experimental yields of photon-induced electron in the transmission surface be possible. Key Words: Transmission directionPhoton-induced electronsEmission yield
