1. First off, press menu
2. Now, Go toIPTVv u will see net link open.
3. Make sure the m3u files are inside a flash and it is inserted to the decoder
4. Then on the network link, u will see upload files press the blue button to upload the m3u files.

1. Go to google play store to search for and download IPTV  by alexander sofronov
2.  Next, open the app after installation
3.  Click on the + sign
4.  Copy and paste your M3U link.
